- Orders: name, email, billing details and order history, needed to process your purchase and deliver your list.
- Forms: the details you enter in sample, quote and contact forms, used only to answer your request.
- Accounts: if you create an account, your login and profile details.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and aggregate analytics.
Payments
Payments are handled by Razorpay, PayPal and Coinbase. We do not see or store your full card details. Each processor receives the information needed to complete the payment and handles it under its own privacy policy.
Cookies
We use cookies that are needed for the cart, checkout and login to work, and analytics cookies to understand traffic in aggregate. You can block cookies in your browser, but the shop may not work correctly without the essential ones.
Who we share data with
We do not sell visitor or customer data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site (hosting, payment processing, email delivery), and when required by law.
How long we keep data
Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Form submissions are deleted once your request is resolved, and in any case within 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use. Email support@globalemaildatabase.com. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS and access to customer data is restricted to staff who need it.
