Because products are digital files delivered by email, purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or at our discretion. Please request a free sample before buying. Opening a chargeback for a delivered product breaches these terms.

We work to keep products accurate at the time of release, but contact data changes over time. We do not guarantee that every record is current or that a product suits a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special or consequential losses, including lost profits or business, arising from use of the site or products. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the data.
