Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our products are digital files delivered to your email address after payment. Once the files have been sent, the order cannot be cancelled and the payment is not refundable.

To make sure a list is right for you, please read the product description and request a free sample before buying.

If something is wrong with your file

If you cannot open the file, it is corrupt or the fields do not match the product description, email support@globalemaildatabase.com within 7 days with your order number. We will fix the problem or send a replacement.
