Anti-Spam Policy
We have zero tolerance for spam. Our customers buy data to reach the right people, and that only works when messages are relevant, honest and easy to opt out of.
What counts as spam
Spam is unsolicited bulk messaging that is misleading, irrelevant to the recipient, or sent in a way that breaks the law where the recipient lives. This includes email, SMS, messaging apps and posts on forums or comment sections.
Rules for customers
- Follow the laws that apply to your recipients, for example GDPR and PECR in Europe and the UK, CAN-SPAM in the US, CASL in Canada and the Spam Act in Australia.
- Identify your business clearly and use honest subject lines.
- Include a working unsubscribe link or opt-out in every message and honour requests promptly.
- Do not use the data for fraud, phishing, malware or any illegal purpose.
Reporting abuse
If you believe one of our customers has sent you spam, email support@globalemaildatabase.com with a copy of the message. We investigate every report and may terminate access for customers who break these rules.
